Fairly sure these wheels have never been refurbished as they were sat in a garage for many years. All that’s been done is the lips have been re polished.
No cracks or welds and IMO 9.5 / 10 condition.

Comes with centre caps and valves
The odd mark here and there if you want brand new wheels buy them from Mercedes!
