1931 Bulova Sky King

This amazing Sky  King from my personal collection has a white gold plated case with Yellow gold top around the crystal. It is mounted on a period Drema Gold filled scissor stretch band as I received it.

Watch is currently wound tight, but the balance rotates back and forth freely with a puff of air. I believe all it will need is a standard service to be a runner. Face, hands and crystal are near perfect and watch shows only a minor hint of wear on the lugs and plating wear on the crown cap. Band is very nice showing very minor wear and missing one inside link cap.

This one screams of Art Deco style and in my opinion on  a physical  condition scale of 1 - 10, this one rates a 9.

I know the disappointment of purchasing a watch off eBay with vague mechanical description (it ticks) and fuzzy photos, and it is not what I expected. This makes me overly critical of watches I pass on to others. If a watch has flaws under 10X magnification, I call them out. Running condition is always based on at least 24 hrs of run time. If after 24 or 48 hrs run time; if the watch needs to be adjusted, it's called out.

This is a used vintage time piece that I do not know the service history of. I do not imply nor guarantee long term accuracy or continued operation. Watch is sold as-is under the assumption it needs to be serviced.  A professional evaluation and clean, oil, adjust (COA) service is recommended for daily wear and peak performance. Watch is sold as-is and as described.
