Returns:

If the item has a fault not described or shown in the pictures, or significantly not as described I will of course allow you to return it, but as a private seller I really cant accept returns if you just change your mind. I hope you understand.

Postage & Packing:

I try to keep my P&P charges as reasonable as possible but posting packages *is* expensive. I usually use Royal Mail 2nd class but items that are larger than a small package will usually be sent by Hermes. The price you pay for P&P covers the actual postage costs plus extra for packing materials, handling, and travel to the post office. I'll usually give a postage discount if you buy multiple items

Detailed seller ratings:

A note for Non-Sellers - if you dont sell on eBay you may be surprised to learn that to achive a "good" overall performance, sellers need to achieve an average rating of 4.6 in each rating type. So if you give someone a score of 4, even if you think this is a very good score it will count against them. Please think very carefully about giving a rating of less than 5

  • Item As Described - I try to be honest and accurate in my description and I try to take some good pics so that you can see the item for yourself. Generally, most of my stuff is used so may have the odd mark here and there that I forget to mention but if there is a significant issue I will describe it and/or take a pic.
  • Communication - I have a full-time job so I don't have as much time to reply to questions, messages etc as a business seller but I do my best.
  • Dispatch Time - I aim to send your item the next day, almost always within 2 days but after that I'm afraid I'm at the mercy of the Royal Mail.
  • P&P charges - Apologies but,sending packages is getting more and more expensive especially when you add on packing materials, travel and other incidentals.
