Abstract Modernist Wood Steel Table Sculpture Vintage 1980s Steampunk Art.  Came from the estate of an eccentric man in western WI who made "devices" for communicating with those who cannot be communicated with (spirits? aliens?).  Part of the body cylinder detached from the base so that it slides up when lifted (see pic).  Could be re-glued.
