runs in both directions light work, this unit I was able to remove the shell. Photo of the motor is in the last photo. Light works.

Missing one coupler, one rear side ladder has broken bottom rungs

Its trying to run but I wouldnt consider it running, it makes a pretty rough sound like may be a gear issue, i was not able to remove the shell and check into it.

Needs couplers, one rear side ladder bottom rungs are cracked and hanging on by a thread
