About Our Instruments
Many of the musical instruments and related items we sell are vintage, previously owned, used, or estate-found items. Due to age and prior use, these instruments should be expected to show normal wear, cosmetic imperfections, scratches, scuffs, discoloration, dust, oxidation, aging, or other signs of use consistent with older instruments.
Please review ALL pictures carefully, as the pictures are considered a very important part of the item description and show the exact item you will receive. We do our best to photograph the item thoroughly, including any major defects, damage, markings, serial numbers, and included accessories when available. However, some wear, repairs, or imperfections may not always be fully visible in photos due to lighting, reflections, camera angles, or the nature of the item.
We are not musicians, instrument technicians, or professional restorers. Unless specifically stated otherwise in the listing, instruments are not professionally inspected, serviced, tested to concert/play-ready condition, or evaluated by a technician.
Most vintage instruments will likely require some level of cleaning, setup, adjustment, restringing, tuning, servicing, repair, restoration, or general maintenance before being fully playable or performing at their best. Buyers should expect to have instruments inspected and serviced by a qualified technician prior to regular use.
Any statements regarding condition or functionality are based only on our limited visual inspection and basic testing, if performed. We do not guarantee playability, tuning stability, internal condition, originality of parts, or future performance. Additional Information
Some instruments may not include a storage case, mouthpiece, straps, accessories, or other components unless specifically shown in the listing photos. Please review ALL pictures carefully to see exactly what is included with the item.
If a case, mouthpiece, or accessory is not shown in the pictures, it should be assumed that it is NOT included with the purchase.

Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Please review all pictures and descriptions carefully before purchasing to help ensure the item meets your needs.
• Returned items must be received complete and in the same condition as originally shipped before a refund can be processed.
• All parts, cases, accessories, paperwork, and pieces included with the original order must be returned together.
• For protection of both buyer and seller, returns cannot be accepted on items that have been altered, modified, repaired, disassembled, installed, damaged, or changed from their original condition after delivery.
• We reserve the right to charge up to a 10% restocking fee on returned items when applicable.
• Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
• Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Shipping
• Orders are typically shipped Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) within 24 business hours after cleared payment is received.
• Please verify your shipping address before completing payment.
• Tracking information will be uploaded as soon as your order ships.
• Delivery delays may occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or customs processing.

International Buyers
Import duties, taxes, customs fees, and any other charges related to international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Please understand that international shipments may be delayed due to customs processing in your country. Unfortunately, we have no control over customs processing times and no ability to contact customs agencies regarding delays once the package has left the United States.
We kindly ask international buyers to be patient and understanding during the customs process. Once the package arrives in your country, your local postal service may be able to provide additional tracking updates or delivery information. We recommend contacting your local post office or customs office directly for the most accurate shipment updates.
Buyers are also responsible for understanding and complying with their country’s import laws, regulations, restrictions, taxes, duties, and requirements before purchasing. We are not familiar with the laws or regulations of every country and cannot guarantee that an item will meet your country’s import requirements.
