This is a beautiful Japanese late 1800s early 1900s tea cup and plate. They’re both in great overall condition. The foot of the plate looks a little odd, but I think it is just shaped like that and it is not damaged. Very intricate painted details to it featuring a bamboo shaped handle and lots of red and gold accents and fine details. Signed on the bottom of the cup and the plate Kayōken sei.
