Lot of 3 vintage unused Boy Scouts of America Merit Badge Application forms. These blank forms were distributed through J.C. Penney Co. of Provo, Utah, which was an official distributor of Boy Scout supplies.

Based on the typography, paper stock, and J.C. Penney distribution information, these forms appear to date from the mid-20th century, likely circa 1940s–1960s. No publication date is present on the forms. However, these are from my late father’s belongings , and I can attest they were in with other papers and forms from that era, specifically 1950 to 1960.

All three forms are unused and uncompleted. Paper shows age-related toning consistent with vintage paper ephemera, but remains clean and fully legible. A great addition for Boy Scouts of America collectors, scouting memorabilia enthusiasts, paper ephemera collectors, or those interested in vintage J.C. Penney advertising and historical collectibles.
