  • Why can’t I see weather information?

    First, connect and bind gateway H5044. Then go to Settings to complete the weather address setup. The weather info should appear within about 10 seconds.

  • Why is the outdoor temperature different from the mobile app?

    H5220 uses the AccuWeather API, which differs from your phone’s weather data source. Minor variations are normal and not a malfunction.

  • What if the product cannot connect to Wi-Fi?

    Make sure the app is updated to the latest version. Then, connect the product to a 2.4GHz Wi-Fi network, not 5GHz.

  • What is the connection range of the product?

    Without a gateway, sub-devices have a range of 196ft in open areas. With a gateway, the range reaches up to 1640ft in open areas.

  • Can one gateway connect multiple sub-devices?

    One gateway can connect up to 64 sub-devices, including the thermo-hygrometer H5220, leak detectors H5059/H5830, and pool thermometer H5310. If connecting only H5220 devices, the maximum is 32.
