This is a 12" x 8" (approx) paper page signed by John Nettles, Rula Lenska and Jeff Stevenson on one side, with Richard Jarmain, Adrian Edmeads, Max Hudd, Roly Polys members Sue, Marie and Mo (signed back to back on opposite sides)

It also comes with another similar size page which has a flyer stuck to it from the performance where the signatures were obtained
