RETURNS

Please double check the size your horse/pony needs before ordering. If you do order the wrong size you can exchange it for the correct size providing it is returned in new condition. The replacement size will be made in 1 to 3 days and sent by second class postage. If you wish to return the browband for a refund the price of the browband will be refunded in full but the original postage cost is not refundable. The buyer is responsible for the postage costs of returning browbands.
