Please read carefully before buying.
I've had a few questions about the records. I did more research since it's been many years since I purchased this set and tossed the box. From what I could find, the Uk version on the Rarities album has 2 songs in German, which mine does. Also, I was asked about some markings on the sleeve of the Abbey Rd album, mine has a clear sleeve. I think it's the original but I'm not positive. I was also asked about the markings on the album itself, and it was difficult to read all the numbers. I know there was a 1 3 on side one and a 4 on side 2.
This is the collection stated, however, I no longer have the original box. I had it stored in a box near the floor and the bottom got wet many years ago. I tried to save the box, but it developed a small amount of mold on, so I had to throw away the box.
All the record albums are in excellent shape and I'm not sure if they were even played more than once. Most were never played and have been sitting on my shelf (much higher up) for many years. I haven't owned a record player in over 20 years, so I know they were never played since then, if at all. I had many of the original lps at the time and played them, not these. I had bought the box set as a collector to not be opened.
If you look at the photos, you will see the Yellow Submarine LP does have slight damage in one corner. I believe that one got slightly wet when the water got on the floor. I did want to point that out. Also, some reason, the insert cover for that one record was only a half of one. I don't know why, it was like that when I opened the box to check the records.
All the inserts are in there and in good condition, including the photos that come with the White Album.
I bought this when it first came out years ago and has been sitting, so I'm not sure what else I can tell you about it. I honestly don't think most if not all of the albums have ever been played. All the other covers are in good shape. Only the one had some water damage in the corner. When the water got on the floor, I noticed it pretty fast and saved the others from any damage.
