 Art Deco engine-turned linear & chevron or diamond patterns at intervals on both sides. 
Monogrammed on cartouche on obverse in cursive scriptBRJ 

Interior: 
Gold-washed vermeil to keep cigarettes fresh. 
Has engine-turned geometric design on both sides.
Sterling tension bar to hold cigarettes has decorative design. 

Mark stamped on interior edge: STERLING & #3530
plus a 3-part logo encased in stepped-cartouche or skyscraper bracket 

1st figure on logo resembles an eagle. 
Remaining 2 figures are script-style letters that are hard to decipher. See photo 3.
The #3580 may indicate a catalog or pattern number.

Good vintage condition.
Light scuffs consistent with age. No deep depressions or dents in metal.
A few small discoloration spots on interior surface.
The dimensions indicate a card-case size.
Dates of manufacture are most likely Art Deco era, but this is not guaranteed.
Sterling tension bar is in good working condition. 
Dark spot on reverse of case is from bad lighting. See photo 4.
Clasp is in good working condition.
