While Nanga's comforters have 1200g of down this down blanket has been adjusted to 300g. Therefore it has the perfect amount of down for the spring to autumn seasons. The outer fabric is made of peach skin-finished polyester that feels great against the skin. Since a duvet cover is not necessary you can experience the pleasant feel of the fabric. Like the comforter there are loops for attaching a duvet cover so you can attach one to match your room's decor. The quilt stitch width is the same as Nanga's comforter designed to reduce cold spots around the face and feet. Also the stitches do not rub against the neck for a comfortable sleep. Furthermore the amount of down in the center is more than the outer quilt stitch width increasing the amount of heat retention. It is designed so that the core of your body does not get cold when you actually get into the blanket. As for care it is machine washable at home. This is a welcome feature for the sweaty spring and summer seasons. It can always be used in a clean condition. Because it is washable it can be used as a substitute for a sleeping bag in outdoor settings such as car camping or tent camping. It is also easy to carry as it uses the same type of bag as a sleeping bag.
