Here is a Starrett No. 657AA magnetic base and a Starrett No. 25-131 dial indicator that are in good working condition. These tools have worked very well together. They have obviously been used and probably abused. You will find some cosmetic imperfections all over them, but nothing that will hinder the usefulness of these tools. The original owner scribed all over all these tools. There is a missing little bolt on the base and the indicator is missing the little bolt that holds the dial face from turning. Also, the little washers and springs are missing from these snugs. Please don't let all of these imperfections detract from what is otherwise a very useful magnetic base. The Starrett dial indicator moves in and out easily without any hesitations and always returns to "0". It has a measuring range of .125" ans a resolution of .0005".
