Just finished a refresh project and i have a few Dell Latitude 5540 for a college student or work from home employee. It has Windows 11 installed and Licensed. Also has Microsoft Office 2010 activated and it doesn't need that monthly subscritpion fee. We all need to save money where we can in this economy. Cosmetic is a B- because it has residue on the bottom i cannot get off. I will ship to New Castle, DE and Doral, FL and other places as long as the payment clears first.
