Tumbler by Waterford in the Lismore pattern, 5" tall x 3" across the lip.  It has an older etched script style Waterford mark on the bottom.  The mark is very hard to see, even with a magnifier, but it is there.  

Very good condition, no chips, cracks or stains and usage wear is minor.
