Vintage Snap-on KRA-53 3-drawer mechanic’s top chest / tool box. This is a red metal Snap-on tool storage chest with flip-top lid, three front drawers, internal tray/storage area, original Snap-on front badge, and original Snap-on service tips decal inside the lid.

The bottom is stamped “KRA-53,” “Snap-on Tools Corp.,” “Kenosha, Wis. USA,” and “71,” which points to a 1971 production date. Nice vintage Snap-on box for tool storage, mechanic’s display, garage decor, restoration, or Snap-on tool collectors.

CONDITION

Used vintage condition. Tool box shows wear from age, use, and storage, including scratches, scuffs, paint wear, surface marks, discoloration, dirt/grease residue, sticker/decal wear, and small areas of oxidation. Drawers and lid are present as shown. Interior shows normal tool storage wear. Snap-on badge is present. Original service tips decal is worn but still present. Lock is present, but no key is included. Has not been cleaned or restored.
