Mini-estate sale. Helping a friend clear out his parents’ house (his mom passed away about 30 years ago, his father passed this last year) from the log house his father built in the 80s. Please check out my other listings for more vintage goodies. Who knows what else we’ll find as we go through the house! Keep in mind many items I have for sale are vintage, and as such, will show age and wear. :)

Now listing a bunch of patterns found in his mom’s sewing room. I haven’t taken them out to see if they’re complete/uncut/whatever. I’m guessing like most seamstresses, she returned the pieces to the envelope, but there’s no guarantees.

Items described as accurately as possible, however, things are sometimes missed. Please look closely at the pictures, as they are considered part of the description and they may catch things that I miss.

If you have any questions, please ask before placing a bid/purchasing. Please remember that placing a bid is entering a contract to buy the item. Returns only accepted on items grossly misrepresented. I do my best to check my email and messages in the mornings and in the evenings.

Shipping is usually only done on Mondays as it is the only day I go to town (about five miles away). Shipping cost is based on item weight and buyer’s location. I’m happy to combine shipping, just let me know you’re planning on getting multiple items, and I’ll send a combined invoice once your actions are finished.

Payment on auction items is expected within three days of auction end.
