A sterling silver capstan inkwell - hallmarks are present, but too rubbed to read clearly but makers mark for A & J Zimmerman is clear and a faint Birmingham assay mark. Date likely circa 1920 - 1930

Missing the glass liner to interior, however these can be replaced. Numerous dents and dings to the edges of base (see images) and general surface wear, but still a nice decorative piece

Measures 90mm wide at the base and about 40mm tall. Weighs a total of 134g including non-silver base
