This item is used and working. Overall it is in great condition. When looking over the casing there might be an odd light surface mark but nothing that stands out. It comes boxed with 6 Disc's in total. 5 Have the case, 1 is lose. There is a USB DC cable included to power it. Also has manual and map. The box is worn, mostly on the edges and corners.
