Product Features

Usage and Precautions

1. Before power on, check whether the voltage and frequency on the motor nameplate match the connected voltage and frequency. Using wrong or unstable voltage and power frequency will cause irreversible damage to the motor. We strongly recommend that you use a multimeter to check the power supply. Also pay attention to whether the voltage marked on the outer box of the machines the voltage on the nameplate of the motor. If they do not match, it is forbidden to disassemble the motor by yourself to repair the motor. This will viod the warranty of the machine. Please contact the dealer or the manufacturer to deal with it.

2.When the machine is running, dust or flying debris may be generated. When operating, you should pay attention to wearing adequate personal protective equipment, such as protective goggles, ear protectors, dust mosks, gloves and other necessary equipment.

3. Do not use this machine in rain or humid environments as this may cause electrical leakage. Do not use it in flammable materials or flammable and explosive environments, as sparks will be generated during use. Do not drag the machine by pulling on the cable, or pull out the plug. This may cause the machine's cable connection to break or otherwise be damaged.

4.Machine care and maintenance is very necessary. Pay attention to the wear and tear of various parts, replace and add grease according to maintenance recommendations, which will greatly extend the service life of your machine.

5. The motor of the machine is equipped with an Overheat / Overload / Undervoltage protection system. When the temperature of the motor exceeds 75°℃, the motor will automatically stop running, and the motor can be used after it cools down.

6. The machine has been powered on and tested before leaving the factory, and it operates normally before leaving the factory. Specific power supply voltage and motor settings have been preset at the factory. It is prohibited to disconnect or connect extension cables or make other modifications.
