Garden Pagoda themed, silver plated body with shiny enameled like red handles that give a nice touch of color to the creamer and lidded sugar set with matching set of 2 bottle stoppers.  Said to be based on the architectural designs found in William Halfpenny's 1752 publication "Rural Architecture in the Chinese Taste".

New York Botanical Garden and Lunt Silversmiths created a beautiful collection of tableware and decorative accessories inspired by some of the finest examples of botanical art in the Rare Book Collections of the Garden's LuEsther T. Mertz Library. The pieces combine 18th century botanical imagery with a modern sensibility.

THIS BEAUTIFUL LOT WHICH INCLUDES SILVERPLATED CREAMER AND LIDED SUGAR SET, AS WELL AS MATCHING PAGODA THEMED BOTTLE STOPPERS(2) HAVE BEEN SOMEWHAT AFFECTED BY NATURES ELEMENTS.  A FEW PINS APPEAR TO BE MISSING FROM HANDLE ATTATCHMENTS.  EVEN WITH IT FLAWS THIS IS STILL A BEAUTIFUL SET TO ADD TO YOUR HOME.  SURE TO BE A CONVERSATION STARTER.
