Vintage Chinese carved wood stand or small brush washer. Possibly a frog or other animal design.  Approximate measurements:  2-7/8"w x 2"h x 2-1/2"d.  

Good condition.  The bottom has some wear around the edges and a stain from a price sticker.  See all pictures for further details.
