Item Breakdown & Markings
The Locomotive: Suspended inside the blown-glass bulb is a pristine, static model of a Class 89 (BR 89) tank locomotive, famously known as the smallest mass-produced Z-scale steam engine. If you look under magnification at the side of the cab in image_75.[span_3](start_span)png, you can see the custom silver insignia that reads "30 Jahre mini-club".
The Base: The bulb is mounted into a heavy, square, natural dark slate or composite stone block base featuring an integrated, inset pen/pencil holder cup lined in chrome on the front left corner image_74.png, image_78.png.
German Warning Label: The sticker on the bottom in image_77.png reads "Vor Sonneneinstrahlung schützen", which translates from German to: "Protect from direct sunlight." This is standard warning text for high-end glass paperweights and optical art pieces to ensure the glass doesn't act as a magnifying lens and cause discoloration or a fire hazard.
