Professional VGA to SCART RGB cable manufactured by Arcade Express for connecting 15kHz RGB video sources directly to CRT televisions through the SCART connector.

Unlike standard VGA to SCART cables, this version includes integrated stereo audio through a 3.5mm jack connection and USB powered 5V/12V switching circuitry for automatic RGB activation and AV channel switching on compatible CRT televisions.

Requires a genuine 15kHz RGB video signal. Not compatible with standard 31kHz VGA outputs or most multigame boards such as Pandora's Box and Game Elf.
