Where applicable, letter rate postage is at your own risk because tracking is not available.

I prefer, and highly recommend, using tracked parcel post for all items, however I realise that some small/flat things will fit through in an envelope so cheaper shipping is sometimes an option.

Using this method of shipping means there is nothing I (or the post office) can do if it doesn’t arrive, so please bear that in mind when making this choice.

I will not refund for lost untracked packages.
