Returns

Returns are only accepted if the item is faulty or damaged upon delivery. Photo's must be provided before a refund is completed! (Shipping costs not included)

If the correct part is sent but wrongly ordered by the customer,

 it must be reported to MERX VAN PARTS within 7 days and returned at your own cost, refunds will have original postage and packaging cost deducted

All parts are checked and tested before being dispatched, all parts will have our own marking on them ( as shown in every individual picture ) and a refund will not be given at all if this marking is not on the item if returned
