Mid-Century Americana Mountain Forest Paint-By-Number Painting
I am pleased to offer this wonderful mid-century folk art piece from my
personal collection. This is an authentic paint-by-number landscape featuring a
classic scenic view of a winding country dirt road leading the eye toward a
distant, atmospheric mountain range. The composition is beautifully framed by
striking white birch trees on the foreground right and rich autumn foliage on
the left, capturing a perfect late-season wilderness atmosphere.
The paint application on this piece is quite heavy and textured, giving the
artist board an excellent tactile character that beautifully showcases the
hand-painted charm of the era. Pieces featuring mountains and birch trees

This painting is in honest, time-worn vintage condition. There is noticeable
paint chipping and paint loss present, particularly along the bottom
edge, lower right corner area, and along sections of the dirt road trail as
visible in the detailed views. The board itself exhibits some light corner
bumping and edge wear consistent with decades of being handled unframed. The
reverse side shows typical cardboard aging and a clean surface with old pencil
marks noting framing dimensions. I have left this piece entirely uncleaned and
untouched to preserve its original historic integrity.
