I designed this database in MS-Access with simplicity in mind and have therefore have tried to keep it basic. This is an invoice,  quote (estimate) & receipt generator template with an area to store your customer details as well. VAT can be displayed if needed. The database is intended for small/home business use and is designed in Microsoft Access (for Windows based computers). I will post this out on a USB memory stick.

Now for the main features:

√   Simple to use forms make it easy to create your invoices and quotations with the ability to store your customer details which makes it quicker in future to generate invoices or quotations; 

√  Similarly, you can store the basic details of your products to quickly select a product when creating an invoice or quote, thus speeding up entry;

√   Display your own logo on an invoice (displays top centre but if you need it re-positioned please let me know);

√   You can generate an invoice from a quote by clicking a button or, likewise, generate a receipt from an invoice;

√   Add custom notes to an invoice or quote;

√   Get reports out;

√   Free email support provided where possible (within 21 days of purchase).
