• Postage rates include box costs and all packing materials. Plants are carefully wrapped to arrive in the best condition possible.
• Plants in 50mm and 90mm pots are sent in their pots unless otherwise stated. Plants in pots over 90mm are sent bare-rooted to keep postage costs down - please contact us before purchase if you prefer otherwise.
• Combined postage is available when items are purchased within a 5-day window. You must request this before making payment and wait for an amended invoice.
• Orders are dispatched on Mondays. If Monday falls on a public holiday, dispatch moves to Tuesday. Payments must be received by 11am Sunday to make the following Monday's dispatch.
• Registered post is available on request for added peace of mind - contact us and we will add the cost to your invoice.
• If you are not happy with the combined postage total, please contact us before making any payment.

• Please read descriptions carefully before purchasing. We do not accept change of mind returns on plants.
• If your plant arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 2 business days of delivery with photos. Do not dispose of the plant - we cannot assess claims without photographic evidence.
• Flower damage in transit is not considered a fault. You are purchasing the plant itself, not any flowers present at the time of listing.
• For equipment and accessories: contact us within 2 business days if an item arrives faulty or incorrect.
• Your rights under Australian Consumer Law apply in all cases.
