How to link in Scarlet and Violet:
  1. Load up Pokemon Legends Z-A on Switch.
  2. Open the game menu by pressing X, then select ‘Link Play‘ on the left side menu.
  3. Select ‘Link Trade‘
  4. Select ‘Faraway Players‘
  5. Enter the 8 digit code we decide on
  6. Select ‘Begin Searching‘ and, provided the Link Codes match, you should connect.
  7. Receive your new Pokemon!
