This coin is NOT for the average collector. (like me)

It would only be of interest for a collector of mint errors 

What I first thought was a scratch - turns out to be a Massive Die Crack through REGINA

(One of the largest die cracks I've ever seen.)

There are also 4 pock mark/divots on each side of the coin - caused by some form of impurity when the coin was pressed.

Under huge magnification they were obviously not subsequent punch or drill marks

I apologize, but I had to clean the coin - to differentiate the die-crack from a scratch.

To a mint error collector, it's a one-of-a-kind-gem.

To me, - this is a mid-grade coin with a few issues. 

I can make enough mistakes all on my own, without collecting other people's errors.

Shipping:

I DO NOT drive to town each day (8kms.)

1/ My shipments go to a mail box, which is picked up by the mailman

2/ they arrive at our post office in the late afternoon

3/ then they are sorted (hopefully) the next day

4/ then they are taken to Ottawa for auto-sorting

5/ so, this ‘detour’ adds a few days to west bound mail
