Pre-owned condition. Backs are mismatched but are both 10k (one marked 10k, one marked 417). Earrings are marked 10k on the posts. Stones tested with a Presidium gem tester which does not differentiate between natural and lab-made stones. Main stones are more pink and less red than in pics. The small white stone is CZ or glass.
