Pre-owned condition with normal surface wear and some dust in the nooks and crannies. No signatures or hallmarks. I took this to a gold broker and had an xrf scan done (a type of x-ray) on the metal. The band is 10k, and the top is sterling, with a vermeil (gold plated) front.
