Each box is complete with 21 cards and envelopes each. These are the same. 2 of each card. 42 cards total. Each has a saying/quote inside. Not blank. Envelopes not perfect. Some may be slightly stuck but they are easy to reopen. Some buckling and discoloration on some. Please reference photos for details. Any questions please message me.
