This occurred during the original delivery transit when I first purchased it. Please note that Native Instruments has ended active software development for the Mk1 series, meaning the keyboard is not supported by the newer Komplete Kontrol 3.0+ software. However, it still works perfectly as a high-end, class-compliant 88-key MIDI controller when plugged straight into any modern DAW on Windows 11 or macOS. If you happen to run a stable legacy system utilising the Komplete Kontrol 2.9 software tier, you will also retain the full, deep integration and screen functionality.
