Vintage Storage Footstool Grey - Upholstered Ottoman Pouffe - Foot / Feet Rest

A vintage upholstered storage footstool with a lift-up lid, square form and internal storage compartment. A useful and practical piece, ideal as a footstool, bedroom ottoman, dressing room seat, or small storage box.

Upholstered in a grey woven fabric with twisted piping detail around the lid. The interior is lined in black fabric, with metal hinges and a chain lid stay. The base has small black feet. Likely late 20th century to modern, made in a practical upholstered ottoman style.

Unsure of the exact age, but more than happy to help with any further questions.

Condition
In used vintage condition. Showing age and use with surface marks, fabric wear, light staining, scuffs and general wear throughout.

The upholstery shows some marks, rubbing and light discolouration in places. The piping has wear and marks, with some fraying / loosening visible around the corners. The interior lining shows general use and wear. The underside shows age and use, with wear to the black base covering and feet / castors.

The lid opens and closes, and the storage compartment remains usable.

Would benefit from a good clean.
