Damage to shipments: upon receipt of the package, carefully check that the closures are intact and not cut and/or tampered with or that the package is not obviously damaged/opened. You can accept a package that has been tampered with, but when signing the courier's slip you must indicate "ACCEPTED WITH RESERVATION". In this way, in the event of missing or damaged goods, it is possible to make a complaint to the courier for a refund. If you accept a tampered package without the wording "WITH RESERVE", you have no possibility of making a complaint. So we repeat: before accepting the package, check its integrity!
