Antique SILVERPLATE CREAM & SUGAR BOWL Ball Feet Stand HOLDER Signed E. P. N. S.

In antique condition, I don't see any dents or dings but does have some wear and tarnish, need a proper polishing, see photos. Stand measures 7.25" tall to tip of handle and 7.5" long, the set weighs .454 kgs unboxed. Signed "EPNS", also has other marks/numbers I cannot identify.
