This was bought for our 2020 M4 convertible from Sytner BMW but this is now sold.

A perfect fit moulded TPE rubber liner which protects the boot carpet - this is designed to stop dust and spills due to its raised edge.
Also stops things sliding around due to its textured coating.
My wife is very careful so it’s in great condition and we have put it back in its original bag.
