OUR DESCRIPTION

1 - This Candlestick Attachment ARM is made of Steel and was designed for the #13 (1907) 3-Slot Payphone, making it easier and safer to carry the payphone to a restaurant table. Please note that the Payphone and the Candlestick in the picture is not part of this auction and was only used for illustration purposes. See the Red Arrow in the 4th picture which shows how the Arm is attached to the Candlestick and affixed to the payphone. It comes complete with 2 new mounting screws for your convenience. I believe the #13 was designed with one Attachment Arm or it could have been purchased back in 1908 with 2 Attachment Arms for more support for the Candlestick. After going through the Payphone History Book that this Attachment Arm might just be compatible with other Gray Paystation. I know for a fact that Gray kept the threads on the holes of the 23A and the #13 and #14 payphones are the same as well as the hole distance apart being 7/8" inch on center.

This Steel Arm has been Powder Coated Black to a beautiful harden shinny finish. The Powder Coating process gives this arm a finish that will last many more years then your typical spray can finish. The holes for attaching the Arm itself to the payphone are approximately 7/8" inch wide on center. It was used on or featured with the Number 13 and Number 14 Gray Payphones which can be seen on pages 95 and 96 of Phoneco’s “Payphone History” book. Since I do have a few of these to sell you might not get the one in the picture but, rest assured you will receive one in the same condition or better. These were machine crafted by Union Workers in East Chicago, Indiana in the Great USA. This is a Steel Powder Coated in Black Paint New Attachment Arm. It was designed to mirror the original materials look and feel almost exactly. No reproduction Arm was ever made to match this Quality or Appeal. It's time to have that plastic one you bought years ago replaced with one that will sufficiently and safely support a candlestick with the look and feel of the Original Arm. If by chance you need a second one there will be no additional shipping costs if you buy both of them.

RETURNS

Any of our items can be returned, but ONLY if there is a Mistake in the description. Should you need to return something, you must notify us of your intent to return through the normal ebay Messaging System within 3 days of receiving the item. All items returned must be received back within 14 days of you receiving it. If you receive your item and the box is damaged please keep that for reimbursement from the shipper should they need it back.
