Other: We have received a Made-in-Japan Ibanez Musician Series MC200, which, based on its serial number, is estimated to have been manufactured in 1979. The color is the classic DS-marked dark brown stain, which was and still is the most popular color on the market. The MC200 is only listed in the 1978 catalog. The 1979 catalog features the MC300 and MC500, and the MC200 is not found. However, this particular instrument seems to have a serial number indicating it was made in 1979. Perhaps... there were many back orders due to a large number of orders and the manufacturing capacity at the time. It seems that there are also instruments with serial numbers from around 1980 due to the balance of supply and demand... *There are various theories. This instrument is 47 years old. Although there are scratches and deterioration damage due to its age, it is surprisingly clean. If I were to describe its cleanliness, the word "mint condition" would be perfect. While not in perfect condition, this may be a rare example with a high degree of originality in its metal parts and excellent overall condition.
*As this is a used item, there may be scratches, dents, and other imperfections that are difficult to see in the photos or not mentioned in the description. Please understand this in advance.
*If truss rod, fret life, string height, etc. are listed, these were measured by our staff during setup. These values may change due to environmental factors such as climate and humidity.
These values are intended as a reference for purchase and we cannot guarantee that they will be the same upon arrival.
