Q: When will my order ship?
A: Most orders are dispatched within 1 business day of payment clearing. Please note some payments may go through PayPal as an eCheque and not clear for up to a week.
Q: Shipment Tracking Number?
A: Your tracking number will be displayed in your eBay purchase dashboard against your order. Please note, single packs of strings or other small/lower priced items may not have a tracking number.
Q: Can you ship to an alternate address?
A: eBay and PayPal policy require us to ship to the address you provide in eBay Checkout. If you entered an incorrect address or need delivery to a different address, you must notify us via eBay Messages BEFORE dispatch. We typically dispatch orders by the following business day. If returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. You will be responsible for any additional charges required in making the redelivery.
Q: Can I get a lower price?
A: If the MAKE OFFER button appears in the listing under BUY IT NOW, you are welcome to submit an offer. We will not accept offers on items where there is no MAKE OFFER button.
Warranty & Returns
Except for used goods, everything we sell carries an Australian warranty. Products must be returned to Angkor Music International for inspection and repair or replacement under warranty claim. You will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses to return products to us under warranty.
Refunds and exchanges on reeds, mouthpieces, strings and other accessories are not accepted due to the personal nature of the products. These products are non-returnable unless there is a known manufacturing fault or defect.
International Customers
Please note that our equipment carries an Australian warranty, so all international warranty issues must be handled by Angkor Music International. All items must be returned to Australia for all warranty repair or replacement issues. You will be responsible for all shipping/handling expenses.
*** Please Note: Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying.
