Vtg 90s PHOENIX ROADRUNNERS Pro Line USA made Fitted Hat, IHL Hockey, sz 7 

This is a beautiful vintage hat. It does not appear to have been worn much. I can't tell if the sweatband is just a little dingy from being 30 years old or if it was worn, but there's no real damage. The tag says size 7 and one eighth, but my measuring tool says it is just a 7
