Up for bid and for your consideration is a vintage Sessions clock featuring flowers.

This clock is a real beauty and would be at home with traditional decor or shabby chic! To you clock collectors it would be a wonderful addition to your collection!

The Details:

The clock measures 6 inches tall, almost 6-3/8 inches wide at the base and about 1-3/4 inches deep.

The dial is matte silver with black colored Roman numerals. It has a dashed outer ring representing the minutes with a little triangle at each 5 minute interval. 

It has decorative black hands.

A brass colored double bezel holds the crystal in place. Both are in good condition.

The face is marked: "Sessions" over the 6 position and "Made in U.S.A." under the 6 position along the bottom edge.

The oval surround is brown with floral decoration to the top and bottom of the oval. The decoration shows wear from looks like cleaning, especially on the left side. There is also a frame on the edge of the oval with embossed flowers and leaves. The back of the oval is covered with brown velvet, and the movement cover is brass colored.

The oval frame is suspended between 2 brass colored posts. The oval frame has 2 posts which fit into holes on the support posts. The posts on the frame should have some sort of decorative cap on them, which are missing, but the clock is still well supported without them. The oval can tip back and forth to facilitate better viewing. The base is brass colored with a green felted bottom.

The clock works and keeps reasonable time.

The winder and set knob are present. There is also a fast/slow adjustment. There are 2 nuts missing that hold the back cover on. The cover is still secure with the remaining nut.

Any clocks I sell are vintage and likely needs to at least have the movement cleaned and /or oiled. I also have no way to know how the clock is handled upon arrival. For these reasons, I do not accept returns.
