This is a pair of designer jeans from Polo Ralph Lauren called The Hampton Relaxed Straight.  They're whiskered and faded for an awesome lightly distressed look. They've got a hint of Elastane for comfort and fit. The tag says 46B x 30, but the inseam is 29'', and the waist is close but probably a tad under.
