Fringe from my own stash. Estimated 1990s. Stored in plastic container. no fading. 2 yards long and x 1.25" wide fringe. My guess is that it is a cotton polly blen, with a nice soft feel. 

I am retiring from my costume/wedding/clothing tailor business, and because of this I will be selling my thousands and thousands of patterns.
