Burleson Texas…hometown celebration for American idol win

I had purchased this directly from the town of Burleson back when Kelly won idol. It was a commemorative envelope stamped with a cartoon depiction of her and dedication to her October 12th 2002

The envelope came within another and both have been stored for years in a clear sheet with a binder.

As I was cleaning out some things, I felt like this could find a new home.

I can’t find anything online about this item nor have I found another anywhere else…very unsure how many of these were made, but this could be a one of one sort of situation. Very very limited and rare.
