Pre-owned vintage condition. Empty decanter. The removable head/stopper is included. There is visible chipping around the neck opening where the stopper inserts (see photos). Normal age-related wear to gold trim and finish.

Vintage 1974 Ezra Brooks figural whiskey decanter manufactured by Heritage China. Features a whimsical gentleman figure with cigar, red vest, and black hat. Decorated with 24K gold accents and marked on the bottom:
